Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
Short version: Memivo is a photo and video review app that runs entirely on your device. By downloading or using Memivo, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Overview
These Terms of Use govern your use of Memivo, an iPhone app provided by Curato Labs that helps you review, sort, and delete photos and videos from your camera roll. All review and deletion happens on-device through Apple's Photos framework; Memivo has no account and no backend.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Memivo for your personal use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store's usage rules and these Terms of Use.
Free tier and Memivo Pro
Memivo is free to use with a limit of 50 swipe-decisions per day (both keep and delete decisions count; undo refunds a decision). The daily limit resets at local midnight. Free accounts do not include video review or smart filters.
Memivo Pro removes the daily limit and unlocks video review and smart filters. Pro is offered two ways:
- Memivo Pro Yearly — an auto-renewable subscription billed at $19.99/year (price may vary by region). Your iTunes account is charged at confirmation of purchase and again on each renewal date, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions auto-renew for the same length and price you were shown at purchase unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. No cancellation is needed to avoid the current period's charge once payment has been confirmed.
- Memivo Pro Lifetime — a one-time, non-consumable purchase of $39.99 (price may vary by region) that unlocks Pro permanently, with no recurring charge. If you have ever purchased Lifetime, it takes priority over an active yearly subscription for entitlement purposes.
All payment, billing, currency conversion, and refund handling is managed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit; we do not receive or store your payment details. Refund requests go through Apple, not Curato Labs. If Apple reports a purchase as refunded or revoked, the associated Pro features may be removed from your account.
Acceptable use
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute Memivo except where applicable law permits it.
- You may not use Memivo in a way that interferes with the app or attempts to bypass its purchase or entitlement checks.
- You are solely responsible for which photos and videos you choose to delete using Memivo. Deletions follow Apple's standard "Recently Deleted" retention in the Photos app, the same as if you deleted the items yourself, but Curato Labs cannot recover items you have permanently removed.
No warranty
Memivo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curato Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of photos, videos, or data, arising from your use of Memivo. Because Memivo deletes items only when you confirm a deletion, you are responsible for reviewing your selections before confirming.
Changes and termination
We may update Memivo and these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after an updated version of these terms is published means you accept the revised terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using Memivo at any time by deleting it from your devices; existing subscriptions must still be cancelled separately through your App Store account settings.
